The deposit secures the home immediately — removing it from the market — and funds the final completion stage. That covers interior trim, kitchen and bathroom finishes, flooring, paint, and delivery to your Ontario site. Finish selections are made with you after deposit.
Final completion is typically 6–10 weeks depending on finish selections and site readiness. All major systems are already installed — electrical, plumbing, HVAC — so the remaining work is interior finishing and delivery.
OBC (Ontario Building Code) permitted means the design and construction were reviewed and approved by a building authority. This gives you documentation required for home insurance, site placement permits, and lender financing — none of which are typically available for non-permitted THOW builds.
