The Build

Why This Build
Fully permitted to Ontario Building Code. Clean documentation for insurance, site permits, and lenders — not possible with most THOW builds.
Built by experienced tradespeople, not a self-build kit. Every system — framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — is done properly.
Custom tiny home builds in Ontario typically run 12–18 months out. This home exists now. Deposit secures it and completion is scheduled around you.
Road-legal and delivery-ready throughout Ontario. We coordinate site access, levelling needs, and utility hookup points with you directly.

FAQ
The deposit secures the home immediately — removing it from the market — and funds the final completion stage. That covers interior trim, kitchen and bathroom finishes, flooring, paint, and delivery to your Ontario site. Finish selections are made with you after deposit.
Final completion is typically 6–10 weeks depending on finish selections and site readiness. All major systems are already installed — electrical, plumbing, HVAC — so the remaining work is interior finishing and delivery.
OBC (Ontario Building Code) permitted means the design and construction were reviewed and approved by a building authority. This gives you documentation required for home insurance, site placement permits, and lender financing — none of which are typically available for non-permitted THOW builds.
Yes — delivery throughout Ontario is included in the price. We'll discuss your site requirements after deposit: access width, levelling, and utility hookup points. The home is road-legal and trailer-mounted for straightforward delivery to rural, suburban, or designated THOW sites.
Yes. The Cedar 26 is designed specifically for full-time living — not a weekend cabin or glamping unit. Winter-rated insulation, a full HVAC system, on-demand hot water, and a complete kitchen and bathroom make it a practical year-round home.
